Absinthe Ritual
Pour 4cl VANAPO Absinth (VANAPO Anbsinthe) into available 2dl glass. Put required amount of sugar on a tea spoon. Pour with the rest of 1cl absinthe and light.
Leave to caramelize till the flame starts dying down. Mix with the drink and top with cold water.
